If a private has served for 3 years within the Flying Officers, then he is going to be promoted to Flight Lieutenant. To qualify for promotion, they're going to need to undergo a departmental test.
If an employee completes 6 years of service, then he is going to be ranked because the Squadron Leader. Technical officers who are engineers, are going to be given the seniority of two years for the aim of promotion and pay which can be compared to the Indian Air Force officers.
