some major difference between Bank po exam and SSC CGL exam. Because as we know
most of the students and even SSC coaching academies believes that SSC and Bank
exam are same. But today we will give complete details about the difference bet
SSC and Bank exam not only in syllabus but also in weightage of questions. This
analysis is prepared by our best faculty from Gurukul Career Group best SSC

In IBPS PO reasoning section is
tougher than SSC CGL as in IBPS PO exam mainly almost 20-25 marks are asked
from puzzles and seating arrangement which tough, but in SSC CGL reasoning
sections are mainly easy and contains figure based and alphabet question most.
In IBPS po there are 50 questions of 50 marks and in SSCCGL prelims there are
25 questions of 50 marks as this section is only asked in Prelims of SSC exam
whereas SSC mains there only maths and English Section.
Quant section in SSC CGL is hard
because it deals with some geometry and trigonometry also and one got to
remember important formula of geometry and trigonometry from class 10 maths
book, on the opposite hand there's hardly 2-3 questions from geometry in IBPS
PO. But in IBPS PO there's more questions from data interpretation like table,
bar chart etc. In IBPS po this section consists of 50 questions and in SSC exam
there are 25 questions of 50 marks and in mains there are 100 questions of 200
marks.
English is nearly same for both but
SSC CGL deals with grammar most as Voice Change and Narration don't invite IBPS
PO. In SSC CGL English section consists of 25 questions of 50 marks. And in
IBPS PO prelims it is of 30 questions of 30 marks and ok n IBPS mains 60
questions of 50 marks.
Main problem is GK for SSC CGL as in
GK of SSC CGL any questions from Indian History, Economics, Politics, Sports,
Geography, General Sciences can ask there's less questions from current
affairs. Mainly we will say in SSC CGL conventional GK is most mainly from
general sciences. But in IBPS PO Current Affairs from last 3 months and tiny
Static GK is sufficient. In SSC CGL General knowledge and Current Affairs is
for 50 marks for 25 questions in prelims In IBPS PO GA is for 40 marks for 40
questions.
There is one additional section in
IBPS PO which is computer section for 20 marks and 20 questions contains basic
computer questions.
Now the competition in SSC CGL per
annum almost 20-25 lacs candidate appear for 6000-8000 vacancy. And in IBPS PO
almost 15 lacs appear for 13000-16000 vacancy.
